Why procurement can be mutually beneficial in pharmaceuticals.

It’s been 5 years or so since procurement became a fixture in the agency/client relationship. In that time there have been many debates as to wether it’s a good thing or a bad thing. For many the perception has been procurement exists simply to drive down costs and stifle profitability.
